High Intensity Training (HIIT)

This program will help with muscular growth and muscular endurance. You will learn the proper movement patterns and forms to help you perform your movements effectively.  Whether you are a novice or experienced lifter, this program will familiarize you with various forms to use during your exercises to stabilize the body, build strength and prevent injury. Using extra support or modifications, you will find what works best for you for optimal performance. With the use of strength assessments and guidance from your coach, your body will gradually adapt to an increase in external load and resistance which will lead to a stronger and more powerful you.
